<title>topic ISE 2.1 - Authentication failures in Network Access Control</title>
    <link>https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-access-control/ise-2-1-authentication-failures/m-p/2992965#M37188</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;We are running ISE 2.1 and seeing issues with Windows 7/10 clients randomly getting disconnected from the network. At times users will&amp;nbsp;experience the issue after a reboot of the client and&amp;nbsp;at first logon in the morning.&amp;nbsp;Clients are running native&amp;nbsp;Windows supplicant using 802.1x user and computer authentication. All clients are connected to Cisco IP phones.&amp;nbsp; One thing that is noteworthy is recently&amp;nbsp;we deployed Cisco 3850 switches into our environment and the endpoints&amp;nbsp;connected to these switches are the&amp;nbsp;those experiencing the issues.&amp;nbsp; Most of&amp;nbsp;the other clients connected to Cisco 3750E switches are not seeing the issue.&amp;nbsp; We just bought the 3850's and we are hesitant to deploy until the authentication issues are fixed. Any insight would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
