Authentication Server not responding: No error

Getting the below error when testing authentication.

Authentication Server not responding: No error

I've verified the ACL's and it works on my other ASA. I can ping the servers all day long.

Check the shared secret key on radius and make sure it is same. Make sure ports are not blocked.

Check if you see any hits on radius or tacacs server?

Thanks for the response my boss just fixed it. The ASA was not setup in the RAD server.
