      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. I have problem with my ACS Solutions Engine v4.2, the default group have (-1 users), and when I click this group, it gives an error "Cannot read the users for this group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone how to solve this? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like you've had some db corruption. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a s/w acs you could replicate back from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the s/w version you can do a csutil -d to get the dump.txt. Edit and find the user count field for that group, set it to 0 then reload the dump file. Job Done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise you might have to re-image unless the TAC have an alternative.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You mean, backup the existing db from the appliance, then restore it to s/w version of acs and perform dumping. Then, edit user count field using csutil -d command to 0 and reload the dump file back to acs s/w version. Once ok, perform backup from acs s/w and restore it to acs appliance?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
