    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you able to still login to the ISE GUI? Depending on what licenses expired you might not have access to the the GUI until you install valid licenses. If that happened then you will either need to purchase and install valid licenses or reach out to Cisco TAC/Licensing and ask for temporary licenses that you can use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you don't have a complicated deployment and/or a lot of configs then I would suggest you start with a fresh install vs upgrading.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
