ISE 1.4: Cannot remove Network Device from NDG

I created a Group to put Network Devices in it but this Group is not necessary anymore.
When I try to move the device out from the group nothing happen.
If I edit the device and try to unlink it from this group nothing happen too.

Has anybody had this problem and know the solution for this?

Hi,

What browser are you using. Is this group called somewhere in policy.

Try to change the group of Network Device to other Group.

I already use Firefox and I tried to do this by IE 11.
I did a try by the latest Firefox ESR and nothing change.

We work with Firefox ESR

We work with Firefox ESR version 31, but I tried with the version 45.4 and nothing was changed.

I verified again into policy and there are no rule related to the group I want to remove.

I guess it is an issue.
I will do a last try before to open a case. I will reinsert the related network devices from CSV file without this group and check what will happen.

In that case I would suggest contacting Cisco TAC for further assistance. I have seen similar behavior before and it was due to issues with the database.

Give that a try and let us know what the outcome is.
