Identity Services Engine (ISE) wrong encoding in emails

Hi,

I have a really simple E-Mail for "Email Notification" in the ISE with a short welcome text and the login credentials for new guest users (created via the sponsor portal).

My problem is that there emails are displayed correctly in thunderbird und apple mail but not in Outlook. I added a screenshot. As far as I know it is not possible to send plain text mails... 😕

Do you have an idea how I can fix this?

We have a bug filed. Could you confirm if you are hitting the same behavior.

Same problem here with iOS - but not with macOS (Sierra)... 😕

But I am on the newest 2.1.0.474...

This bug filed on ISE 2.1 only.

Yes, for further involvement and get this issue being taken care in some patch.

Would request to raise a ticket with CISCO TAC.
