Privilege level 15 not working with some AP's

When configuring Shell/Privilege level : 15

for a certain user, this user enters immediately in exec mode. with certain AP's this doesn't work, it stays in > mode an we have to manually do an enable, Anybody any ideas ?

Make sure your non working AP's have exec command configured.

aaa authorization exec defaul group tacacs if-authenticated
