topic ACS Support File Reader in Network Access Control

Does anyone know of a reader for the ACS support .cab packages generated by the "Run Support" function? Obviously TAC has one, but will they give it to customers? If not, is there a third-party tool? I need one that would ideally support ACS 4.1. As an IOS guy, I don't like not being able to read my own debugs. 😉

The package.cab is a Zip file that contains all the necessary files needed to troubleshoot ACS efficiently.

Refer to Obtaining Version and AAA Debug Information for Cisco Secure ACS for Windows for more information

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2086/products_tech_note09186a00800afec1.shtml#create

extraxi aaa-reports! will suck the user/group and network databases out of the cab file for reporting and audit compliance - if that helps.

The ACS service logs can be pulled out using winzip or even windows built in cab viewer - most of the time.

We've found that all to frequently the ACS suport cab appears to look corrupt to windows but ok to winzip.
