topic He should edit the support in Network Access Control

He should edit the support number information using the Portal Builder tool. Once uploaded to ISE, the Portal should not be modified in ISE. You should only use the Portal Builder tool to edit the portal otherwise you may observe erratic behavior. The Portal Builder tool logic overrides the ISE mini-editor logic for portal behavior.

As far as the upload goes, he can try the latest tool which does not use Firefox add on.

Portal Builder Issue with ISE 2.1

Hi,

I have a customer who seems to be having problems amending an uploaded guest portal to ISE running version 2.1. He can upload the portal but then not amend the support information field under the portal customization to show the correct support number, etc. Has anyone come across a similar issue whereby you can build and upload a guest portal but then not amend it. He can also not import a sponsor portal into ISE . He is using the firefox add on tool version 2.20.

Thanks for any help
