ACS 4.2 Backup decrypt issue.

I have just recently upgraded my ACS appliance to version 4.2. When restoring my configuration via ftp it will fail with an error code :

Restore failed due to FTP error. Internal error

I believe that this is an issue with the decryption password. Is there any known way to check a password that was encrypted on the .dmp backup file ? Or tool to decrypt the .dmp file password ?

Make sure you are using correct syntax in for Directory under ftp set up. Use "/"

The way in which I can confirm that this is the issue is by the browse function on 4.2 allowing me see the files in the specified directory.
