It doesn't write anything in the Failed and Passed reports. I think it doesn't reach the point where it sends the request to the database though ACS is successfully connected to the ODBC.

ACS authenticate through an external ODBC

Hi,

I'm using Cisco ACS 4.2 and i'm trying to authenticate via an external ODBC. I successfully created the ODBC and it connects to the external database then I configured the ACS to connect to the ODBC. Also I have selected this external ODBC in the "Unknown User Policy" section. However, when ACS tries to authenticate any user that is found in the external database it fails.

Appreciate your help.

What failure reason do you

What failure reason do you see in Failed and Passed reports? If the ODBC is selected as a database in Check the following external user databases, it should work.

~ Jatin
