I have an ACS 1113 device at a remote site that I am trying to configure using hyperterm. I have a laptop connected on the com 1 port to the serial port on the ACS device and I am able to get connected. My problem is when I try to login at the prompt the screen continues to scroll multiple logins and I see one character of what I am typing show up on the different lines. I do have my hyperterm connection connected with the settings 115200 8 n 1 none

Appreciate help from anyone

Thanks
