    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure on ACS &amp;gt; Network Access Profiles &amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure we have "Grant access using global configuration,when no profile matches" option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure on ACS &amp;gt; ACS Certificate Setup &amp;gt; Install ACS Certificate &amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure a certificate is installed, if it is installed then click cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also go to ACS &amp;gt; System Configuration &amp;gt; Global Authentication Setup &amp;gt; Make sure under "PEAP" we have checked "Allow EAP-MSCHAPv2" and/or "Allow EAP-GTC" as applicable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;~JG&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have an ACS 1113 ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have installed and configured the certificate... and trusted the CA certificate... also i configured the global authentication (enable the PEAP ,EAP-TLS)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no when i try to authenticate (by the wireless) i get failed to authenticate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when checking  the ACS failed attempts i find the failure code &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- EAP type not configured-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don?t know why its happing....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but every thing is configured...  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
