      <title>ACS 1113 login failure....protocol error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;folks &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have an appliance 1113 v4.0 and suddenly i can't http to it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can console ok but my http username/password just give a protocol error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea how to look into this, i.e. is there a log file i can look at for error messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks to anyone taking the time to reply&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;folks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry but i forgot to add the the acs is in a dmz behind a firewall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if i connect my laptop to the dmz i can get on ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are there issues with this box and firewalls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The software it has...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For how long has this been working?
