Hi,

Surely it is happening due to data corruption. Please note that acs 4.1 is not supported on SP 2 and can cause many issues.

I'm not sure if SP2 can cause this, so if you have any server running SP1 , I would like you to try restoring acs back up on SP1 server and see if you can make any change.

Regards,

~JG

Please rate helpful posts.

Hi JG,

finally I've found where the problem come from.

I want to share with you and all others the issue.

1- On ACS 3.2.1, acl's was name "acl xxx"

All works fine and I can edit or create new acl based on the same naming model "acl nnn"

2- After upgrading ACS to v3.3.3

All works fine but acl's properties edition wasn't possible.

I also can't create a new one with name "acl nnn".

3- So I try to create a new one named "aclnnn" without blank space between "acl" and "nnn" => It works

4- I renamed all existing acl's without blank space and I can edit acl's again.

Actually, the problem came from the blank space in the acl's name.

Works fine in v3.2.1 but not at all in v3.3.3 and later version ( v4.1 )

Hope it help others users because we have spent a lot of time on a basic troubleshoot.

It doesn't came from Win2K3 SP2 ( works fine too ).

Cheers
