ACS1113 rebuild issue

folks

i have been advised by TAC to rebuild an ACS1113 i have but i need some advice on how to go about it

i have the recovery disk in the cd drive and have rebooted the server but i've lost the appropriate hyperterminal settings and my normal cisco ones don't appear to work

so .....

1. what are the correct hypterminal settings

2. does anyone have a document or link on proper instructions for a rebuild
