      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depends on what you mean.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ODBC Authenticator (that is authenticate users against an external ODBC datasource) should work fine with mySQL. There is a white paper I wrote still kicking about on CCO somewhere if you search for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you mean can you use mySQL for ACSs own internal database.. then no you cant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Darran&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I want to use the MySQL database for authentication of the users. So the ODBC approach should be working fine.
