hi folks,

is it possible to configure db replication between the ACS 4 appliance & the ACS 4 windows db? any caveats, gotchas or field experience?

would this also work with ACS load balancing, using both the solution engine & the windows db, as long as they're sync'ed?

replying to my own query. here's the official word from the ACS team, in case anyone else runs into this:

"Yes you can do replication between the two flavors of ACS as long as they both run the same version.

To drill down, replication between ACS-SE 4.0.1(43) (HP) and ACS-SE 4.0.1(42) (Quanta) and ACS software version 4.0.1(27) was tested is approved and supported."

.. did you ask them if QA actually tested this?
