topic Radius Attributes in Network Access Control

Hi

I have a small query. When router sends a Radius request, does it send all the attributes ( all IETF attributes) ? If no , then can i force the router to send some attributes. The Problem is when i have a radius which will authenticate only with Login-IP-Host attribute but the radius doesnt seem to get the attribute. Please let me know how can i do the same ?

Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) attributes are used to define specific authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) elements in a user profile, which is stored on the RADIUS daemon. This appendix lists the RADIUS attributes currently supported.

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/12cgcr/secur_c/scprt6/scradatb.htm

I think that radius does not support neither authorization nor accounting but support only authentication.
