      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not enough info. Doesn't look like the complete transaction. Why does ACS tell you the service attempt has failed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
