      <title>CSTacacs: Failed to authenticate on test account.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our primary ACS server running ver 3.0(3) has started giving the above problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the CS sevices are running, after the message it automatically restarts all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and get the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alert from CHEACS01 on Feb 07 2005 at 13:23&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service CSAdmin has been restarted so monitoring will now continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service CSAuth has been restarted so monitoring will now continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service CSLog has been restarted so monitoring will now continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service CSRadius has been restarted so monitoring will now continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CSTacacs: Authenticated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then get CSTacacs: Failed to authenticate on test account.error happening every minute&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reduce the impact we have increased the time to test from 1 minute to 5 minutes and then just retart the tacacs and radius service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody Know whats causing this,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; BTW. our secondary ACS server is ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
