topic ACS 3.2 and firewall authentication issues in Network Access Control

We were using ACS 3.0 and we upgraded to 3.2. We use RSA secure ID. Everything was working perfect before the upgrade but after we are unable to authenicate users who are using secure ID trying to go to secure data behind a firewall. Users who vpn from home are not experiencing these problems. Here are the error messages we are getting.

NAS duplicated authentication attempt

External DB auth failed

We are not sure why this works for users coming from the outside. We're not sure what 3.2 changed to have caused a problem with our firewall. Help if you can. Thanks.
