topic ip auth-proxy & per user idle-timeout in Network Access Control

Hi, I'm using ip auth-proxy feature. And it has a inactivity timeout value that you can confgure on router globally. But I want to set this value on radius per user. I tried to set idle-timeout radius attribute but it didn't affect or override the global inactivity timeout value. Is it possible to do this and if yes how?

thanks in advance

Nihal

Please refer to the document PPP Per-User Timeouts at 'http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk713/tk507/technologies_configuration_example09186a008009465d.shtml'. It discusses the configuration for both the access device and the server.

Also, depending on the image you are running, bug CSCdx30793 might be relevant to you.
