      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should receive an ACK back from the TACACS server saying that it received the accounting record properly.  for some reason it's replying with a fail, check that you have this NAS listed in the TACACS server, or check the TACACS server logs to see why it's failing.  You can't really tell what the problem is from this output, just that there is a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
