topic ACS 3.1 user authentication issues in Network Access Control

We recently upgraded our ACS servers to version 3.1. Since then we have had several instances where the ACS server appears to stop responding to request. Reports in the ACS show the authentication was successful, but at the device it fails. Debug shows the request from the router going to the ACS server whic does not respond, then go to the router userlist and fail.

We have stopped and started the services to see if that would clear the problem but a reboot of the ACS server seems to be the only think that clears hthis problem.

Has anyone seen a problem similar to this?

Thanks,

John
