      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is that IP Transfer point I'm using is made by Ericsson and Im trying to figure it out if it is possible to make software that makes it compatible with Access registrar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what I need are programming interfaces &amp;amp; protocol stacks used beetween Access Registrar &amp;amp; Cisco IP transfer point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason I cant access 2nd link you gave me (white papers), keeps saying that my password is not correct???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
