ISE 2.6 redirect URL issue

Hello There,

Previously we had 2.4 version of the ISE and the redirect URL we used to receive for guests on our switch was below:

Redirect URL : https://my-company.loc:8443/portal/gateway?client_mac=ClientMacValue&portal=27041710-2e58-11e9-98fb-0050568775a3&action=cwa

But with the new ise version 2.6 we are getting a strange redirect URL

Redirect URL : https://ip:port/portal/gateway?client_mac=ClientMacValue&portal=27041710-2e58-11e9-98fb-0050568775a3&action=cwa

The IP and Port part of the address should be mapped to domain and 8443 right? Why is the ISE this sending kind of URL and how do I correct this.

Did you try with a new portal instead of the one you’re using before?

Maybe your certs are not mapped correctly? If you’re using Public portal cert is it mapped to that portal?
