ISE licenses Current Usage differs on Usage Over Time

Dear Gents,

I have a question regarding ISE licensing, Current Usage vs Usage Over Time to be specific. My Customer is having 1000 + 5000 Base licenses. Approx. 2000 is consumed. On the Current Usage it seem to be okay yet on the Usage Over Time we can't see this 5000 license and we're getting warnings from ISE thah "License Out of Compliance: Detailsşse license Out of Compliance. 40 more days are allowed to use before disabling service configuration.".

We tried to delete and import this license but it didn't help. ISE is running 2.4 patch 8. Reloading ISE is quite hard to manage as it is production env and it needs MW. Appreciate any thoughts how can we manage this issue.

Although it's a production environment I tried to talk to the Customer and we decided to proceed with controlled reboot and then upgrade to latest patch. It worked.
