Customize network access conditions

Hi Experts,

I would like to add some my own customized conditions to these existing Network Access Conditions here...

But, the question is that I am not able to locate them, where are they stored and as a user can they be modified to suits ones requirement?

Any pointers?

That is a system dictionary of attributes and it cannot be modified.

It's located at Policy->Policy Elements->Dictionaries, System->Network Access.
