Hi!

I'm currently running ISE version 2.4.0.357, and a newbie to ISE.

I think I have turned on a lot of alarms which is not needed by mistake. I have tried to edit each individual alarms but it doesn't allow me to disable the status nor delete the alarm.

Is there any ways I can turn them off?

The system-defined alarms cannot be deleted. But you can edit each one and set the status to disable. If it isn't allowing you, then you may need to verify what role you are assigned to in ISE. It would be a permissions issue if you can't disable the alarms.

Hi Colby,

Thanks for responding.

I'm using the default Admin User which is part of the Super Admin Group.

I supposed this account would have full rights to edit alarms, or I have to assign this account to additional Admin Groups?

Ok, it looks like some of the alarms are not allowed to be disabled. I just checked on my system and the licensing alarms cannot be edited. But most others can. That kind of makes sense for Cisco since they want licenses renewed and want the administrator to be annoyed by licensing alarms. Try another type of alarm.
