NAC Agent download problem

Hello guys,

I am running Cisco ISE v2.4.0.357, and I am implementing Posture making url redirection of user to download NAC Agent from ISE.

When it happends in Firefox browser, it works perfectly, a NAC agent zip file is dwonloaded from ISE whithout issues to install

But if the redirection occurs in other browser, such as chrome or Internet Explorer, It only download a single NAC Agent msi file, not a zip file and the Agent can't be installed. When I click to install it, it prompts the following:

<<This installation package cannot be opened. Contact the manufacturer of the application to verify that it is a valid windows installer package>>.

I've tried in several computers, with diferent browser, the same result.

Any idea?

You mean Anyconnect Posture module (plus Compliance module)?

If yes, make sure your package in ISE Client Provisioning resources contains AnyConnectDesktop package rather than NAC Agent.

Cisco NAC agent is no longer supported, please use anyconnect client with posture module. Also refer to the posture guide https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-posture-prescriptive-deployment-guide/ta-p/3680273
