What are you expecting the endpoint to be profiled as? The first place to check is the Context Visibility > Endpoint menu where you can drill down in to the mac address for the endpoint and confirm you are seeing the profiling attributes you expect. If the attributes are missing, the endpoint won't match the expected profile.

If you share an example of the endpoint attributes from that page with us, we can help interpret it for you.

Hey,

I have an incident, some endpoint are no longer profiled, they are profieled as *Unknown* and the user get the autorization of the machine, knowing that it had worked before.

How can I fix this problem please.

Best regards,

As Damien suggested, Check the attributes coming from the endpoint.

Also, another place to verify is to check the profiling policy . you can check which attribute should be matched to profile the endpoint in that category.

Thanks,
