ISE stuck after reload

Hello,

I have a problem with ISE 2.3.

I had to reload it and Application Server is stuck at initializing state. When I try to stop it I get the below error:

Waiting up to 20 seconds for lock: DATABASE_CLEANUP to complete

Database is still locked by lock: DATABASE_CLEANUP. Aborting. Please try again later

%Error: Another ISE DB process (DATABASE_CLEANUP) is in progress, cannot perform Application Stop at this time

Could you help with overcoming this?

As it seems the database cleanup finished after 8 hours, and now it works ok.

Maybe the db is large and took quite some time
