Track a Web portal guest user in ISE

When I try to trace an webportal guest user, many times I face the issue that the endpoint mac address is on the MAB group but under identities->EndPoints, the username is blank. I understand that is because the authentication was based on the MAC as the user already authenticated once by user. But why can't i find the entry where the user used for the authentication?.

Open the endpoint attributes under Context Visibility to see the Attribute Portal.User

What version of ISE? If you’re running 2.4 with latest patch should be taken care of, if not open a bug with tac and let me know
