topic Track a Web portal guest user in ISE in Network Access Control

When I try to trace an webportal guest user, many times I face the issue that the endpoint mac address is on the MAB group but under identities->EndPoints, the username is blank. I understand that is because the authentication was based on the MAC as the user already authenticated once by user. But why can't i find the entry where the user used for the authentication?.

Thanks.

What version of ISE? If you’re running 2.4 with latest patch should be taken care of, if not open a bug with tac and let me know

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-2-3-remember-me-guest-using-guest-endpoint-group-logging/ta-p/3641150
