ISE BOYD enrollment errors

Hello,

I have ISE ver 2.4.0.357

I am trying to enroll boyd for mac and iphone but i get some errors.

1. Before I got an error on mac: device not supported - I do not get it anymore

2. Now on the same mac I am getting error during enrollment: the system administrator has either not configured or enable a policy for your device on my mac

3. IOS stops deployment after downloading root cert and profile

Am I hiting a bug or my config is wrong?

So for the mac error, do you have a provisioning policy configured that matches? Can you share your client provisioning policy configs?

Send a screenshot of your client provisioning policies and can check if
anything obvious wrong.

Thanks for all replyes guys. It was a firefox issue.
