Upgrading from ISE 2.0.0.306 to 2.4 on a SNS-3415 is it supported ?

One VM and one more appliance SNS 3415

please advise the steps and procedure

Have you read any documentation about this?

You should install the URT (Upgrade Readiness Tool) on the standby PAN (or STANDALONE PAN) and see what it thinks about the state of your ISE 2.0 node. It does a dry run and tries to find any issues without actually upgrading the database.

I would avoid upgrading in general.

Build the new server with the desired version (e.g. 2.4 patch 5). Then import the Config Backup from the ISE 2.0 node. That is a de-facto upgrade - but it works a lot more reliably than the upgrade process.

ISE 2.4 version is not supported on 3415 appliances.

good point. However, for the VM instance of ISE the upgrade path is supported.
