ISE/Profiling and Unknown Endpoints

If devices are profiled as "Unknown Endpoints", does Cisco provide a process where the customer can submit those specific devices to TAC or the BU so that they can be provided/fingerprinted in the profile feed?

What is the Partner Portal?
The Feed Service Partner Portal is a web portal Cisco partners use to upload device profiles to the Feed Service.
Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) customers that subscribe to the Feed Service receive downloads of these device profiles automatically.
The Partner Portal can be accessed at
https://ise.cisco.com/partner

I have not been to that site in a while but Cisco has used a Symantec CA to sign that cert and my browser doesn't like it. But it's a good site as far as I know.
