ISE 2.2 - Unable to see the details information reports

Hi All ,

we have ISE 2.2 Deployment (Distributed ) with Failover ( on DR Location) . End point Connected with Primary PSN , we are able to see the Detail Report but the End Point connected with DR PSN we can see the Details Reports and showing Below Error .

No Data available for this record. Either the data is purged or authentication for this session record happened a week ago.
Or if this is an 'PassiveID' or 'PassiveID Visibility' session, it will not have authentication details on ISE but only the session.

Note : I am seeing This Error even for Recently connected devices .

Please Advise .

if you not using passive ID than check these settiing

Hi Sheraz ,

As I mentioned , I am only unable to get details reports from DR side which Secondary PAN so we don't have Option to configure this …

dont you have a access to Admin node to check?

Yes , I have , but under Administration Tab there is very limited options because it is secondary admin node .
''Identity Management '' is available on Primary admin node only .

Hi Aslam,

you need to be on the Admin primary admin node in order to check/diagnose this.

I assume your Primary MnT is on your Primary PAN?

If this is the case , Logs will only be seen on the Primary PAN.

Yes I am on primary Admin node but checking the Secondary PSN node reports .

Yes Primary MnT is on Primary PAN but I am check the reports for the client authenticated on secondary PSN and I am checking the reports from Primary PAN.
its distributed environment with failover .
