The guest gets the credentials right away

Sponsor doesn’t receive any emails if simply self registration with no approval

There is no way to notify sponsor without approval

If you would like sponsor to be notified then you could have them enter the sponsor email only and the sponsor can forward credentials to the guest . There is script to do this on the guest web auth under self registration. I would also recommend setting self registration to allow user to login from the self reg success page

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-guest-amp-web-authentication/ta-p/3657224#toc-hId-1898236740

Hi

Just a question regarding the person being visited. When do to they get an email notification? This is a guest self registration but no sponsor approval needed. Both boxes are marked next to person being visited but no email is send. Guest emails with password details are send. ISE 2.2 patch 9.

Regards

Chris
