Customer is using ISE Guest Portal where a sponsor create the guest user account, and they want the guest login information to be auto sent via SMS. Right now it is only sending the email automatically. The SMS is only sent if the sponsor goes back into ISE portal and manually selects the Guest account and clicks on Notify before the SMS is sent. Is there no way to make SMS send out automatically via Sponsor? TAC sent the customer the following supported scenarios and a feature request is needed to have SMS auto send from a Sponsor? Is this really true?

You must set up SMS gateways in Cisco ISE to enable:
• Sponsors to manually send SMS notifications to guests with their login credentials and password reset instructions.
• Guests to automatically receive SMS notifications with their login credentials after they successfully register themselves.
• Guests to automatically receive SMS notifications with actions to take before their guest accounts expire.
