ISE: SMS Gateway is not working for the GUEST portal

We are configuring SMS gateway in one of our customer site for ISE deployment. It is api based sms integration in ISE. But when we send a sms from the guest portal, it gives the notification "sms sent to number", but message is not getting sent to user.

Can you please help in this use-case to get this sms gateway solution work in ISE?

You didn’t mention the provider. We have integration docs listed here along with some troubleshooting. If needing further information please troubleshoot with TAC and provide your results and documentation here so others can benefit. Thanks!

The provider being used is infobip.com / vodafone.

OK would recommend to work with them and tac to come up with a solution debugging to see if it can work together using existing guides and troubleshooting info. Please do share as we don’t have information on this provider
