You cannot have a hotspot that collects info. Information is tied to a user. You need to make a user registration flow look like a hotspot.

https://community.cisco.com/t5/security-documents/ise-guest-amp-web-authentication/ta-p/3657224

look for hotspot with information collection

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to have a guest user enter an email address on the Guest Portal page when they accept the AUP? The customer wants the guest SSID to be open with no authentication, however would like to prompt for email address to keep track of whose using the wireless network.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
