ISE 2.2 Guest Portal "Maximum Devices Reached Endpoint Retrieval failed"

Hello, we have configured guest portal. About month ago it worked normally, but now when guest trying to login and register himself in portal he got error " Maximum Devices Reached Endpoint Retrieval failed
You have added the maximum number of supported devices. The first device you logged in with will be deleted from so you can add the new device. ". Same when we create account for guest on sponsor portal.

I don't have any registered devices into GuestEndpoints or RegisteredDevices. I have increased simultaneous logins to 10 and guest devices to 5. Also in "Reports->Guest Accounting" i see my pc (when trying login into guest), but in field "identity" i see my mac, not guest username.

I found same error here, but no answer on this problem.

Can somebody help where i need to look? Thanks!

Please open a TAC SR and work with TAC to get this looked into.
