    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I often prefer to patch via the CLI so I can run installs in parallel.&amp;nbsp; With large deployments it can take the better part of a day to patch via the GUI because it runs nodes sequentially.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;patch install &amp;lt;patch file name&amp;gt; &amp;lt;repo name&amp;gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This way I can patch an entire DC at once, or half the nodes behind a LB etc.&amp;nbsp; It really depends on your deployment structure and failover abilities.&amp;nbsp; I like being able to see the patch success/fail message when going through the CLI rather than just waiting for the GUI to update.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
