Any memory minimum requirement for Catalyst 2960 when enable Radius authorization with ISE

Customer has WS-C2960-48TC-L of low memory issue when it enable Authorization with ISE 2.3.

If it uses TACACS + authorization, there is no low memory issue.

so, would like to know if there is any memory minimum requirement for Switches.

What low memory are they running into? Sounds like they may be doing preauth ACLs or DACLs that may be eating up TCAM space. I haven't had memory issues with normal MAB/Dot1x on any switches models that are in the ISE compatibility matrix:
