If your customer is happy to fiddle the rules in ISE to use 'equivalent' rules (instead of the 'exct same') to account for these devices not actually being part of AD and working slightly differently when compared to a PC, you could use Aironet Sensors. (You also need DNA-C)

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-active-sensor/nb-09-air-act-sen-data-sheet-cte-en.html

and here;

Hi,

A customer would like to be able to automate the testing the different use cases in their ISE deployment to validate that the configuration is valid and that they are protected. For example, validate that machine authentication is working as expected and provides access X, user authentication provides access X, a BYOD device has access Z, etc.

Is there a tool you would know of that would help automate these tests?

Thanks,
