They want to move to self service with email verification, however, the challenge they faced in the past is that any authorized approver is able to see and approve all the requests rather than only the requests which are intended for him. This cannot be allowed for obvious reasons and customer is unable to move to self-service mode due to this limitation. </P> <P>My customer is currently running 2.3p3.
