ISE context visibility shows the physical switch port of a device that is has authenticated. Can I get that same result without authenticating the device? Looking at context visibility for a non ISE authenticate/authorized device, I see the MAC address and the associated switch but not the port the device is physically wired to. Is that possible?

You would at least need mab which is authentication and authorization

We need to find Mac IP through IP arp and other mechanisms to map to port

ISE is not a network management platform but a AAA server right?

That’s how we make our paychecks

The current behavior is expected, but enhancement has been requested to update info based on profile data which captures switch and port info without authentication. Please work with Cisco account team to add your name (or customer's) name to the enhancement to help with prioritization.
