      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need more information on the setup and latency between all the sites&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who is the responsible partner for deployment?
