hello,

we got the replication failed message on the Cisco ISE nodes.

Replication Failed : Server=************; Message=Error synchronizing object: SponsorUser[]; Operation: Update

I think this is a bug but no sure. The sponsor user for the guest portal are defined in the external identity source (Active Directory).

s this normal to get the replication failed messages?

ISE Version: 2.3 Patch 2

Cluster with 2x PAN, 2x PSN, 2xMonitor

Likely when you logged into one psn for the first time a shadow account is created and then try sync to other nodes

open a tac case to investigate
